Cypress Cove is a very large project and will take some time to obtain the proper permitting and approvals. Preliminary work has already begun, with more activity  to commence in the very near future.

Pricing is still to be determined based on the total development costs of the project. Pricing and availability should be published in the second quarter of 2022.
