Founded in 2009, Colin has led Community Development Coalition Corporation to becoming one of the leaders in developing and redeveloping North East Florida's neighborhoods. With a background as a Demolition Contractor and Environmental Remediation Contractor, Colin switched gears to rehabilitate existing structures and building new homes. No slowing down in sight, Colin is still taking Community Development Coalition Corporation to new heights.
Starting with a small residential rehabilitation, we have grown to residential and commercial projects across the state of Florida. We provide everything from leasing and property management, rehabilitation and associated development services.
