CDCC purchased this home from Fannie Mae that had been vacant for years. The project was a complete gut to the studs and rebuild due to the collapsed roof and missing drywall. This house was sold to a family of six, that was living across the street with their grandmother. This was their first house, and an excellent good feelings story all around. Since the family approached CDCC from the very inception of the rehabilitation, the family was able to pick carpet, linoleum and wall colors. They are very happy with their first home.
